Before you go to the expense of new batteries I would review what you have...
your pack voltage after charge is too low...I would be looking for 52-53 volts.... Check water levels in all cells ... check all post connections are tight ..no corrosion... check voltage across each battery while charging and after charging...one faulty battery could be your problem How do you know when the batteries are fully charged..do you have LED 's on your charger showing status of charge....are inter connecting leads from battery to battery correct size ... good luck |

Yea this could even be a charger issue if not reaching 52-53 as @Threeput stated.
