Vm30 tuning issues
23 vanguard, timing key, header and mikuni vm30 installed. Runs great mid throttle and WOT but the idle is pig rich, sunburnt fuel out of exhaust. Went through numerous how to tune videos and write up and concluded that the pilot is way to big. Got some jets and started swapping them out. Im down to a 27.5 pilot and no unburnt fuel out the exhaust now but off idle to like 1/8th throttle (cruising speed) it misses stumbles until more gas is applied. This issue has always been there since i stall and i tjought the pilot jet would fix it. Any help?

What position is your needle clip? Might try raising it one clip, see if that helps. That will add some more fuel in a different way.
