Default My 2006 Club Car build.

Here are some pic of my stereo build and dash.

Air horn that I installed.

Fuse block and ground bar.

Wires ran through upright supports.

The amp and box to cover the battery that was installed in the dash.

I have put a touch switch to turn on the amp so the sub doesn't have to play all the time.

There is also a touch switch to turn on interior lights. A switch for the 12v outlet. I have neon lights installed and a plug to hook up my mp3 player. I have also added 12 inch wheels and tires, painted top, rear seat arm rest, and recovered all the seats. I also sprayed the rear floor board with textured bed liner spray and am in the process of building a custom dash insert with a door. I will post more pictures once I get them.

Looking good! Is that "ground bar" isolated?

Thanks guys. I need to post the finished pictures. And yes the ground bar is hooked to the ground side of the battery that is running all the extras since nothing on the cart is grounded like the frame.

It does sound pretty good. Get told to turn it down in most campgrounds I have been to. But makes me feel pretty good that it is loud enough to be fussed at. Haha

Nice setup!!

How big is the amp (wattage) and sub and how many other speakers do you have?

The two mounted on the roof are 5 1/4 Rockford Fosgate punch, the two between the seats are RF 6x9 punch, and the sub is a ,10" JL. I am using a Jensen amp that came out of one of my old trucks. Not really sure what the wattage is because it was in the truck when I got it. The sub is the only speaker going through the amp. The rest are running just through the radio. I have the amp on a switch so I can run the system with the sub on or with it off. Hope this helps!
