I'm by no means an expert, but let the guys know what year your cart is and did you charge the new batteries and take a reading of your battery pack voltage?

Did you flip the run/tow switch to the Tow position before disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries?

Where are you located? It probably would be a lot easier and faster to hook your cart up to a Danaher handheld to figure out your problem.

We can probably help you out I'm just saying it would be easier with a handheld.

Put the cart in tow and key switch to N. Can you push the cart?
