Hill brake won't stay plus gas pedal lose
I have an 05 club cart Regan cart. when I purchased the cart the man told me I had to basically pull the gas pedal up to set the brake. I looked under there and it seems like there something lose (small play when touched)but there's so much attached to it. I don't know what I wouldt
tighten. I have looked it up but, I haven't had much luck. has anybody else had this problem if so what did you do to fix it. I don't want to mess the gas pedal up. It has had issues not staying set due to this problem and I'm scared one day it'll start to roll with my kids. even though it goes to a slow when it rolls when not running. Thanks for all ur help everyone! |

Sorry BB, we probably over looked it....
Outside of the Go Pedal, how does the brake pedal react? In other words does it not set at all, only clicks partially, etc. There are linkages and bushings and other things so I am trying to get exactly what you are seeing/having occur. (Picture is worth a thousand words and a video is even better) |

The brake works and it will click i think gas petal is to lose which is tricking brake into thinking its still in motion

Must be a D/S model
The Accelerator pivot bearings are worn out. Change both of those and the accelerator shaft that runs through those and your problem will be solved. It can be a bear if you've never done one before, so plan some time to tackle it |

You need to replace the two 1011694 Accelerator Bearing & Bracket assemblies and the 102026001 Pivot Rod Assy. This will fix your issue.
