Default Install time for Jake's Long Travel?

With about 6 weeks left in camping season, I am deciding if I should bring my cart home and install or wait until after the season. Mainly depends on install time and difficulty.

So how long have others taken to install this kit? Going on a G22. Just looking for an estimate. I am mechanically capable and have installed many truck and jeep lifts, but time allotment can vary greatly. Thanks!

I personally have never installed a Long Travel lift, (1 spindle lift, and 4 A-arm lifts)
But I'll give you MY estimated times on Club Cars...

Due to somewhat poor instructions, and taking my time to do it right?
about 6 hours for the front lift, and 3 hours for the rear lift. (and an hour to adjust toe and camber)
My last A-arm only took 3 hours for just the front... and an hour to adjust. (replacing a broken lift) the rear was already set!

With some common sense, and patience... you can have it done in a day!

Thanks Lockman! Thats all I needed to hear! I'll sell the 3" spindle today and order the long travel. I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't turn into some long project. You just never know with some stuff these days. I can pull the 454 out of my Nova in the time it takes to change the spark plugs in my wife's new Flex. I can't wait to see the difference from a 3" spindle to the long travel!

All of the misc. parts can be intimidating at first, but it really isn't that difficult once you get started!

haha yeah I won't be pulling a 3 hours install considering my "helpers" are 4 yrs old, 2 yrs old and 5 months old. But they sure keep it fun and LOVE working in the garage!
