guys - whats the difference between the Tulsa FE400 and the one from J&M? There seems to be a $500 price difference.....

I don't know about the one from Tulsa, but it looks like a lawnmower engine. The one from J & M is ready to boltup with no altering. There is no removing gas tanks, air filters or recoil starters. Just bolt it in and start it up.

I just installed a 8" A-Arm Lift Kit and 12" ITP SS112 Wheels with 25" All-Trail tires.It just does not seem to phase that FE400.It acts as if I have the stock 18" tires still ont it.I am currently thinking about installing 27" tires.This engine is great!!!!!!

I agree completely. I have the water-cooled 16hp and it just doesn't disappoint.
