Default Need help

I think its a 93

Serial No 694993

New Batteries installed by owner

Everything looks normal and in order Could someone post link or wire diagram so I could double check?

The machine prior to new batteries would surge then die the n work and then surge and then run fine.

With new batteries cart doesn't move.

Speed controlller was replaced with used one two years ago.

What is normal process to figure out what is going on and to eliminate what parts good vs back.Connections are all tight and look in good working order.

My money is on the used controller. I never buy used parts, it's just asking for trouble!
