Default Crowfoot plug for Yamaha on Powerwise Charger

I bought an EZGO Powerwise charger online because my Lester died. I have a crowfoot plug that has 2 wires for the Lester Charger I had. The charger I purchased had a 3 wire configuration. How do I wire my 2 wire crowfoot plug to the 3 wire powerwise charger?

I've got a worthless charger in the trash. I think it's 3 wire. If you want just the "crows foot" off of it let me know and it's yours. I'll check the wiring on it tomorrow to be sure.

It finally quit raining and I checked my old charger. I have a Lestronic 36 volt charger. It has the crowsfoot but I can't tell if it's 2 or 3 wire. I'll have to take it apart to make sure, just be patient.

Not a problem and thanks.

That is the same charger I had that died and it was a 2 wire. Hopefully by some fluke your's might be 3.

Third wire is for the EZGO reed switch. Is the charger a powerwise, powerwise plus or powerwise II? Each one is diffefent in how you bypass the thgird (small) wire...

Mike,

It is just a Powerwise Charger. Nothing on it says + or II.

Thanks
