If it comes on and goes off, you probably have a bad rectifier in the charger. It is the little square metal piece mounted to the back of the case that has 4 wires on it. If the cart isn't charging then the lack of voltage will cause a main failure shutdown and won't move. Fix the charger first, then look into the cart

Just to be sure you understand...the cart has a lockout to prevent movement when the charger cord is pugged in. The first thing you need to do is measure the voltage in your battery pack with a digital multimeter to see what going on...if your batteries are too low on voltage the charger won't pick up and charge. At the same time measure the voltage for each individual battery to see that they are all the same voltage. Then report back.

Sounds like you are at full charge. Does the car move fwd/rvrs when not plugged into the charger?

Well in a bit someone with more knowledge than I is going to ask you a lot of questions about solenoid clicks, voltage at various points and checking for loose connections and what not. Like when you push the pedal down do you hear a couple of clicks?

When I put voltmeter on small terminals solenoid no voltage when key turned on or when accelerator depressed. How would I checked microswitch or key switch?

Key switch has a hot terminal in on it and when you turn the key you should get full voltage through the switch. Do you have voltage at the FnR switch?

Voltage at keyswitch not at fnr, voltage at microswitch, not at small terminals solenoid no buzzer. Wire Inside accelerometer was shorting out reinstated of change
