Powder coating
Hello fellas! Just want to thank you all for a great site, I have spent hours reading. How many of you have powder coated your aluminum frames. I'm starting to build my hunting cart which is a 98 club car DS. I stripped the cart right down. The only thing I have left is to remove the braking/gas pedals plus the rubber matt.
Thanks TJ |

Re: Powder coating
Epoxy will hold up much better, especially in a hunting environment.

Re: Powder coating
I really don't see the need. if it was steel i could understand the reasoning due to rust. but that's why you have a CC and not a Ez-go, i just painted mine black with some spray paint to keep the frame dark. the frame is pretty shinny when clean. so i just used black paint.
