Default Battery charger?

How do you tell if your charger is bad or going bad? I have new batteries and it has been charging great! The boys road it all weekend and charged it every night. They went out this morning and it showed it was not charged. So I replugged the charger and looked at the gauge on the charger and it does not go past 10.... and it usually does. Any suggestions????

We'll need to know what cart you have and also the charger type, but to start, make sure all your batteries have water just covering over the plates, and that the connecting cables are clean and the nuts holding them are snug. Then, if you can, take a voltage reading across the whole pack and post it too.
Pics of the charger will help.

Those ammeter readings indicate you're trying to charge a nearly charged or fully charged battery pack.

Replace that LED bar graph type SoC meter with a DVM type so you can tell what the voltage actually is.
Even the old analog type SoC meters are more reliable than the LED bar graph types.
