Re: washing cart
Ive washed and hosed out too many carts to count. Heres the break down.
Club car D/S electic, get the micro switches wet and the car may not run and/or the reverse buzzer will sound. Precedent models I have never had any issues. EZGOs also, no issues washing them down. Is the cover on the controller? |

Re: washing cart
something on the EZGO.....the pedal box....its easy to get water in them when washing them......access it by pulling up the floor matt....remove the two little screws holding down the cover plate.....then take the 4 small screws off of the cover. then us a hair dryer and get all the water out and dry everything out really good.

Re: washing cart
thanks for responding. the EZgo like I stated is a hurricane survivor 36 volt series with F/R handle. all new components, it does seem that this only occurs when it gets wet. I had it and replaced the ITS and let it sit out in a rain storm and it ran fine. like I stated previously he did not washdown the battery box area and yes the controller is exposed. my next solution is putting contact grease on the connection fittings to see if that would help.
