96 cc no go after washing
gOOD AFTERNOON;
I HAVE A 96 CC FULLY CHANGED OVER TO SERIES WITH 2 GAUGE WIRES AND WILL RUN TO 29 MPH WITH FULLY CHARGED BATTERIES. IT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY AFTER WASHING AND WAXING CART, IT WILL NOT MOVE. THE SOLONOID CLICKS, BUZZER IN REVERSE BUT NO MOVEMENT. I ONLY WASHED THE OUTSIDE OF CART, NO WATER IN BATTERY AREA. ANY IDEAS? |

Re: 96 cc no go after washing
Check the micro switches and FNR lever for moisture. Blow them out as if your solenoid is actually "clicking", you should be getting some movement unless the controller or motor has an issue (or solenoid is stuck internally). Start troubleshooting.

Re: 96 cc no go after washing
Like Nole said, check for moisture in those areas. Chances are it will dry out soon and go back to working.
