I imagine the tires and rims are the difference. I have 22 inch predators on 10 inch rims . Way more cushion. My brother has 20 inch car tires on 14 inch rims with a 4 inch lift . It rides a little rougher , but it doesn’t bottom out .

Also , learning to slow down turning around helped 😁 Front shocks will be the next project. The tires look like /\ after sitting a while then look like \ / after riding. It’s worth the money to fix em and be done for years to come . I also went from some brakes to full brakes lately. I got the $25 brakes and bought new spring kits to go with them . So , yammy now handles better , stops , and runs 28 mph . Almost time for the hot setup
28mph. What have you done to it?

Rebuild the motor because it had a broke valve and cracked piston . So , it’s fresh . I adjusted the throttle to open all the way and close . I zip tied the governor all the way and put 22 inch tires on it . It will do 4000 rpms around 28 mph . I will be doing the hot set to give me the extra power for hills with people on it . I’ve heard I should be in the low to mid 30 s with that .

My G16 yard cart does 30+ on 20" tires with a Plowmans manufactured engine, Hot Setup w/ported and polished head.

Still breaking the engine in and the cables haven't had a final adjustment...

Dave , that cart is hauling the mail . My brother has a g2 with high gears and a 13 hp predator. It does 32 loaded with 4 adults. I guess the way it sits , it fills like you will fall off the back seat . Lol pretty dang scary riding on the back and staring at pavement doing 32
