![]() I have a Power Wise charger that has always worked fine until about a week ago. Now the charger kicks on when I plug it into my 2003 EZ-GO 36V but it does not register anything on the needle. I left it on for a few hours yesterday but it did not shut off during that time period. It may not have been fully charged but I was getting worried. My question is; Is the charger fine and the needle just stop working? Is the charger not working at all but rather just making noise? Can it be repaired and if so should it be less expensive than buying one from ebay or somewhere else on line?
Thanks |

![]() When this happened to me, I found that the control/power board had gone out. You can replace this and is not too hard. Assuming this is an older power wise they had two seperate boards for power and control, these are now replaced with one board that does both functions. Can buy the new board from our online sponsors or local golf cart stores number is 28667G01. Price in the $75 range I believe.

![]() You need a DVM digital voltmeter, they do not cost much, to see if it is actually charging...
