My Club Car XRT
I purchased this buggy earlier this year after breaking my back moving materials with a wheel barrow. I found it at a horse farm and it needed some serious tlc.
Here it is when I brought it home. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk |

Re: My Club Car XRT
Less than 24 hours later my son decided to run over a 5" caliper cedar tree at full speed.. it was a good learning experience. I was able to teach him to weld as the only real damage was to the brush bar.. we also put in some zip tie stitches to fix the cracked plastic.. Everything turned out fine. All is good!

Re: My Club Car XRT
Then the fun started! We added a USB charger with voltage display, tons of stickers, LED lights, bluetooth stereo, drivers seat and replaced all of the engine cables/carb components/linkage. This thing is so much fun. I love the 4x4 and aluminum frame. I really want to get an automatic lift for the bed but this thing rocks! I will hit you guys up with big block GX questions if needed.

Re: My Club Car XRT
Just did a built clone swap with 41 hp. Its up and running but i need to get the carb dialed in. Its running on a stock GX670 carb right now. This sucker is shoehorned in there and has an oil cooler, remote oil filter, and catch can. No room for anything else!
Any clue where to start with jet sizes? I have an wide assortment ready to trial and error Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk |
