Thanks for the reply. I do not see any rabbit/turtle switches

It looks like I have this controller, the Curtis 611173 1268-5411

Is there a way to adjust speed with my existing controller? if so do I need a programmer?

I haven't found any videos on direct swaps with Navitas and how much additional MPH I should get...Im also concerned if I get a 600A Navitas, will this put additional wear on other components? silnoid/motor etc?
For what you will pay for a programmer that will allow you speed access, you could get a Navitas with the Bluetooth app, or an Alltrax.

Thanks I’m leaning toward the Navitas 440 amp controller.

Claim is I can expect 25mph without needing to replace solenoid or Motor .

1) is this pretty much and & play?

2) will it put significant strain on any other components ?

3) do I need the OTF programmer ?

TIA for any insight/guidance !

They are pretty much plug and play. Solenoid upgrade I'd recommend, but it will work with stock, just keep an eye on how hot it might get. OTF is nice, but you can do everything through the app if you to save a few bucks.
