1990 ds won’t run full throttle
I have a 1990 ds kf82 that will not run full throttle unless the choke is on. Has great spark and cleaned the carb still no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Sounds like a lean mixture on the high speed jet, if restricting the air (choke) makes it run better. I think you need to take the carb apart again and make sure every little orfice and jet passage is clean and unrestricted.
Is this a factory carb, or an aftermarket one? Lots of folks have had problems with cheap aftermarket carbs. |

Make sure your gaskets are in place and not torn as well around the carb. There’s a lot of reasons that it may run lean, I’d go through and double check everything
