Lifan vs Duromax 420cc - Club Car

Hi all, picking up a 1990 Club Car DS that needs an engine. I think I've narrowed it down to the Duromax 420 or the Lifan 420 for the price. I don't plan on going crazy with the motor, just something to build for the wife and kids at camp. Want to use S/G, and be quiet and reliable and easy as possible.

Any input or opinions appreciated, or if there is anything else I should consider.

Things found in research regarding the options (pros and/or cons)

Duromax:
$299 at Lowes, (another 5% discount with my CC)
Epoxied carb screws?
Lower quality?

Lifan:
$292 at Home Depot
Not sure on carb?
UT2 coil? Is this only an issue if trying to rev higher?
Consensus is higher quality vs Duromax?

Red Beard claims the Duromax is top of the heap BUT that is the latest 440 with the new super strength crankcase. Both of them the carbs are going to be non adjustable. One note both Red Beard and Pauls Karts show how the new 7 bolt 440 Block is better and much beefier than the long time gold standard VC460 ten bolt.
