Help! Mods! I cannot search The forum

I've been a member of this group for a couple of years now, and to this day I still cannot perform a search after logging in. It will bring up the search bar and the box type something in but when I do go to do so the box disappears. Please help

Best to start with the basics.
What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser? When was the last time you updated the pc or device?

And running a spam blocker? I can't see certain things (like Site Sponsors) because I don't shut my spam blocker off. That may also have an affect.

Same happens to me here, and using Chrome on an Android. Here's what I do, just click "Search" at the top. Then the small search window pops up, under "Search forums", there's a blank Search box, just click the "Go" button next to the search box (instead of trying to enter anything in the search box). It will take you to an actual full Search page where you can then enter in your search criteria.

Yeah, if you are using certain tablets / phones that happens. Here is a good work around.

In the address bar of your browser, type the phrase that you you want to search for. Don't execute the search though. Long press your search phrase and select "copy" or "copy all". Go to the forum search box. Long press in it and hit "paste". Your copied text will populate and you'll be off and running.
