Heating the body to flare the sides out?
I have a TXT and want to run the stock height with 205/40-17's. Due to my rims and spacers, the rear tires will fit within the wheel wells or very close. Anybody ever try to widen the area? If not I guess I will have to be first

Re: Heating the body to flare the sides out?
Yes, you could heat and stretch the body just a bit to get what you need. Keep the heat nice and even and over a wide area so as not to notice when you are done. Disclaimer, I've never done this, so at your own risk I say try it and let us all know how it goes..

Re: Heating the body to flare the sides out?
I’m getting ready to do the same thing. I put 14s on a bagged ezgo and I wanna bring the body to wide body land, like a mustang or somethin or other.
I’m following this thread to see what ppl come up with. |
