1978 gas tiller cart
Hi there gurus.
I started working on getting my second running. It’s ‘78 HD. Got it with primary clutch apart (not sure why it was apart) I have what seems to be a bushing/spacer, (maybe it is a bearing race?)for between the sheaves. Manual i have says i should have a needle bearing (20a in my manual) A few questions for you all, 1. If need a needle bearing, does anyone have a updated bearing number for it? 2. Where would i find the felt washer (16 in manual) i also need to put it together, or is there another option. Thanks in advance for the help. |

Do have the back part? because you need to use 90 weigh oil in about 5 ounces? If I remember correctly it has bin a minute since I built my 77 tiller and a moth since a built my 83 trike Ezgo I think it was 5 ounces maybe 6 on of the two

Re: 1978 gas tiller cart
I have the complete primary, it was just apart from the motor. Now just get the parts & put it back together. After looking, i’ll just build my own felt seal.
