Don't know if you're still having the problem but there is a connector with a red cap that is zip tied to the accessory fuse box that will have a purple and a black w/white tracer wires. That is where the emergency/parking brake harness plugs into the main cart harness. Mine was packed full of dielectric grease, but it still wasn't enough to prevent water intrusion. Also, check the 4 pin connector for the handheld programmer. It will have a black rubber cap on it. It's in the same area, coming out of the main harness. Mine was showing corrosion between the 12 volt reference and ground. It was taking down the 12 volt reference tree. Both of these have disabled the cart when wet along with driving through a deep puddle and getting water in the pedal box.
