Default Basic question

Hello all. Just purchased my first cart - 03' DS IQ and have two basic questions. First, are there any special precautions I should take when washing my cart or can I just let the water rip? Nothing more than headlights and neons in the undercarriage is added to the cart. More concerned about if I should avoid spraying in or around the batteries/controller/motor than I am about the lights. Thanks

IT is best to wash your cart with Windex and a rag. The electronics in a Golf Cart do not do well when wet.

I have always avoided direct spray in the battery and component compartment. Anytime you are ready to get that IQ over 25mph get you a speed motor for around $250.00
