I don't take my leaf cells down below 3.6V.

Re: Ezgo Chevy Volt
That depends on the Amp Hour capacity of your battery. Mine is Leaf cells at about 120AH and 14S. I get about 4 rounds of golf on a complete charge but I don't fully charge or fully discharge as a rule. There are many factors that influence range. You need to determine that by monitoring your pack voltage.

Re: Ezgo Chevy Volt
My LV cutoff is at 3.25vpc but I never drive it that low. I have a 14S configuration so at 3.25vpc it's 45.5v for me. The lowest I normally go is actually pretty close to VA, around 5.6vpc. Also like VA I *almost never* fully charge or fully discharge.
Your range will depend on many, many things. First off if you have a 12S1P pack you will have less usable watts than a 14S1P pack, so less range. If your cart is inefficient (bad alignment, low pressure tires, dragging brakes, series motor so you have no regen braking, etc) then it'll reduce your range. |

Re: Ezgo Chevy Volt
The answer to the "How many miles" question has a lot of variables to it. Where you live will have a lot as if you use it in the cold (like I do....and I'm talking 20 degrees or lower) it will cut the drive time significantly. Cold along with hills or mountains will also have a big effect on drive time. Large tires too.
However if you're in a mild climate and flat paved or tiny gravel surfaces you will get the best the batteries will provide. |
