PDS Differential Angle
I just noticed recently that the differential on my 2005 PDS does not sit level. After poking around through a bunch of pictures on here, I notice quite a few others that are angled, some even the opposite way that mine is. My question is, is it critical for the diff cover to be parallel to the ground? Obviously it is going to make a difference in how much oil you can get in it, but other than that is this normal?

Re: PDS Differential Angle
Mine is not level and since I acquired this cart brand new, I assume that is the way the factory intended. Been working fine this way for 13 years.
Front of diff cover is lower than rear looking at it from the side. |

Re: PDS Differential Angle
Glad to hear it guys! I guess maybe the ones I have seen that are level have been clocked by the user to make them level.
