RXV charging port bypass
Does anybody know how to bypass the RXV's charging port?
As part of my Lithium conversion, I am trying to remove the RXVs charging port and wiring so I can put in an AC receptacle to plug directly to an extension cord. I have temporarily connected the positive and negative to the lithium pack to get the cart running. I know on the TXT, you just need to plug red/white wire to pack positive. Re: RXV charging port bypass
You should just have to get power the reed switch the blue wire and that’s all.

Re: RXV charging port bypass
I was going to try that. So just connect the blue wire to the pack positive. Will try now and report back.

Re: RXV charging port bypass
Confirmed. Just plugged blue wire into pack positive and now have the charging receptacle totally removed.
Thanks for the quick replies. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk |

Re: RXV charging port bypass
Thank You!!!!!
I have had lithiums with it's own charge system for a year now (Nissan Leaf 14 cells), but I've been driving around with the stock charge receptacle hidden inside the cart because of this.... removing now... |

Re: RXV charging port bypass
So therefore cut blue wire from harness and run to positive lead?

Re: RXV charging port bypass
Pack positive is the 51v from all batteries ( +post of first battery on passenger side ). You'll need a connection to the harness side of the blue wire!
