Default 1995 cc ds barley moving

hello I've been reading some of the sticky's and have printed out wiring diagrams on this cart. the cart will barley move in forward or reverse (I can hold it back). checked wiring seems to be ok 1st solenoid clicks second one does not. I have power on the red and orange/white wires but not sure about the brown on the other little wire. ehat should it be? if I jump the solenoid it takes off fine. any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to BGW...

Is this a 36 or 48v cart? If it has multiple solenoids, I am guessing a 36v resistor cart. Could it be that only the first solenoid is activating, therefore the cart is stuck on 'speed 1'?

the cart is a 48 volt and has two solenoids the first clicks and the second does not. my question is the brown wire on the big sol. is it a ground?if I ground the small wire in the front the solenoid works, if I don't it won't even click. the brown wire runs from the sol. to the speed control I just didn't know if the controller was bad and not sending a ground.
