The solenoid closest to the drives side is the master, likely it is faulty. replace it with and identical 36v solenoid

Why not take your digital voltmeter and see if it is working?

Negative to the battery pack main - and + to the solenoid big post. Power should be going in one side and when it clicks out the other side.

thanks for the help so far scotty, just like a car if the solenoid is bad you can jump the solenoid (put a screw driver across both connections ) i did this hit the gas and still the cart did no move or would this method not work here?

jumping the large post should make it work, if your hearing 5 clicks than your hearing all 5 soleniods and if you jump the master even if bad it should work.......if they all are clicking than the activation circuit should be working......how did you test the batteries? jack the rear up while your working on it.........load test the batteries all you need is one to fail and cart won,t move......please don,t take offense but we have heard a million times the cart has good batteries and cables only in the end to find it was either a battery or cable or both.................
