Makes sense. Firmware/software fits easier than hardware.

You need an apprentice, to pass on your knowledge.

Then they would lock you away for knowing too much classified information.

digging up an oldie here but..
Is there a way to limit the rxv regen amps with a 4401?
I have a few different parameters available ,but I've never had to do this before.

Im having an issue with a customer cart after Lifep04 upgrade. Im getting an overcurrent fault which I assume is the battery seeing too many amps. This only happens on a long sustained downhill where the regen amps are over 100. Freaky when it happens because the braking "skips" then comes back.
Battery CO. (nameless for now) is sending me diagnostic hardware or the battery. the battery data logs everything.

You could use a regen power limiting map to make sure you do not exceed the recharge amp limit of your lithium battery. RXV only has regen for braking, so it could get sketchy if the amp limit is low.
