Test the throttle signal.
Once the solenoid is eliminated or verified to be working (passing current) and the throttle signal verified. You can test the series controller with the voltmeter on the B- and M - (motor)

CHECKING CONTROLLER OUTPUT Connect (-) probe to controller M- and (+) lead to controller B-
With the key on and the cart in forward gear, press the pedal just far enough to hear the solenoid engage. You should read pack voltage between and M- and B-. Now continue to press the pedal down and watch the meter. The reading should gradually decrease to near 0 volts. If the input test was good and the ITS readings are correct and this test does not perform as described above then the controller has failed.

Jumped the solenoid with no change. Looks like a new controller's in my future but I might try what izzy suggested for poops and giggles.

With your set up, I would get the 600. You tune it to what you want or need, but always will have the max capability...

Well, Dave talked some sense into me and advised going with the SR48500.

I've never pulled more than 410 amps with my setup and that was only for a split second and the Alltrax will put out more sustained amps than the FSIP did. Hopefully I'll be up and running again by the end of the week.

Okay with me as long as he lets me watch a UNC game or 2 on it!

I called to get the 600, but he said honestly, would you believe me if I told you the 500 will serve your needs and put out more amps than the FSIP controller did? Gotta love someone who puts the needs of customers first like that!
