Re: Crossed wires while changing batteries
I don't think the IQ plus system has any fuses on the +48v side.
You probably need someone with an IQDM to test the controller. |

Re: Crossed wires while changing batteries
Lets try another path. Does the reverse buzzer sound whenever the cart is in reverse? Even with the key off.
As an afterthought plug it in and see if it charges. |

No it does not buzz, my charger has the pc board bypassed in it so it charges (it was like that when I bought it, that's my next project to fix) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Does anyone have any thoughts on where I should start trouble shooting?? I was going to test the solenoid, any recommendations on how to see if it is working?

Re: Crossed wires while changing batteries
The best advise is to work on the things that you know are broken. A lot of things that don't seen interconnection are. You mentioned that the charging circuit is bad. Start there. Then you can come back and give some valid symptoms we might be able to help.

Re: Crossed wires while changing batteries
Do you have access to another controller? You may have blown the magic smoke out of it.
