Default Bad Drive Clutch?

Hi guys ,
I am new to the forum and have an issue with my drive clutch. I have a 98 TXT with a Robins 295cc engine. Starting last year the cart was getting jumpy on the start. I have watched the drive clutch with the cart in neutral. As the rpm's start to rise the clutch moves quickly towards the motor and grabs the belt. If you try to maintain a slow pace the clutch jumps back and forth. I assume this is not normal behavior and the clutch is bad. I would like to rebuild the clutch if possible to save money and because I like to rebuild things. Can anyone give me an idea of what I need to replace and where I can get parts? I am good mechanic and am more than willing and able to tackle this. Thanks for any help offered.
