Default Pargo 7 solenoid questions

Hey there. I just bought an old Pargo golf cart I think from the 70's era. It didn't come with a charger and I noticed theres no charging port. There's only an ignition F n R switch and it has 4 connections on the back as opposed to 3. I suppose one could be for lights. The wirering diagram for the 7 solenoids cart shows a charger port and also a "seat switch." I can't find a seat safety swith. Without these components I can't finish connecting everything or is there a work around. Is it normal to not have the charging port? I've looked everywhere. Just can't find it.

Default Re: Pargo 7 solenoid questions

I have a '67 Pargo which should have the same configurations. Those carts don't have any type of charging port. The just have an "Anderson" type charger connector that protrudes out of a hole behind the driver's seat. The Anderson connects directly to the batteries. The charger should have a similar Anderson connector that will connect as needed.

The seat switch was nothing more than a pressure switch that was located under the driver's seat that cut the circuit if a driver wasn't on the cart. They were junk and didn't work well so everyone just deleted them. You can just ignore it and wire according your diagram while ignoring the switch entirely.
