I could sleeve in a portion....bends in tube. Broke last time at first bend. The stock sled is straighter and bigger diameter, same tube wall thickness. Was looking around and best i could find is epoxy resin. So planning on sleeving and resin, if that fails then I'll modify the stock sled.

Can you bend it to follow the contour of the cradle? then weld to the outside?
You are right, the aftermarket is way under built.... what do they think, that we use them on Golf Courses or something!!!!

Had to do a little more than planned, once drop was finished, motor sat lower than i liked. Lifted front of cradle right till felt tension and smidge past. Was under alot of tension it seems from the 6in lift. Heres what i ended up with oh and added 4in lift to rear help clear tires. Ill get better pics

Here's some pics of inside trans, wasn't sure of weights would hurt or help so i left them but did remove arm and a washer that arm would've held in place

As long as the center point of the drive clutch and the center of the driven clutch are the same distance as factory you should be ok.

Yeah, i test fitted it with belt. Didn't like the look of first cradle... After some cutting came out looking better. I'll know for sure when i test fit it again to make sur nothing moved then weld her up. Heres a b4 side view and the new cradle mock up
