Default Cushman steering tube bushing

I'm sure this is a long shot but, I'm looking for the rubber bushing that goes between the steering tube and body panel on a Cushman Trophy. Does anyone know where I can find one or know of a decent substitute? See attached picture.

I'm sure an electrical grommet of the same size would work. You just need the ID/OD...

I found a silicone rubber grommet from McMaster Carr that fit properly. The only problem is it's red. Need to find a way to dye it black, or as dark as possible. I did find some others on Amazon but they are not intended for outdoor use and will deteriorate from UV exposure.
