new here and do enjoy reading forums and veiwing differnt answers to different quostions. so im not sure on how to ask one. i have a g14 yamaha with a cracked intake manifold and would like to know if it could be repaired with some kind of sealer,chemical compound or anything else. thanks any advise would appreciated

I would replace it. Venders here can get you what you need.

Call Cart Parts Plus. Or if you have a Yamaha dealer near you, they wwill have one.

Order new gaskets (2) one on each side of manifold. New are soft and dont need to tighteen as much to make it seal

If its the black phenolic or whatever it is, they crack easy you don't want to tighten them much, is common, is likely you could repair it with epoxy but would have to file/etc off the residue when it was dry so the surfaces are flat and seal properly. IIRC they don't cost that much I bought one for my G9 and found the original was fine and never put it in.
