20" will fit stock height.
22" probably won't fit and probably will wreak havoc on your stock controller.

10" & 11" inch widths probably won't clear the steering mechanism.
I've got stock 18x8.5 on my 2008 and only have about an inch of clearance between tie-rod end and tire on passenger side front.

Wider 20" high tires with wheel spacers would work.

Just get out a tape measure and check the clearances on both front and rear.

I've also been thinking of putting 22 inch tires on mine...what would need to be done to the controller to take care of this problem>?

To answer your specific question , one must know the manufacturer, model and year of "mine" and what type motor, controller and battery pack it has.

A generic answer is that most electric Golf Carts were designed to carry two golfer, two sets of golf clubs and some liquid refreshments, plus some divot repair stuff, over well maintained golf cart paths on 18" tires at 15MPH, or less, and have batteries that should be recharged after playing 18 holes, or less. If you want to use your cart for different purposes or under different conditions, you'll probably have to upgrade some, or all, of the drive system.

Take the environmental cover off the controller and look.

Controller and solenoid are under a black cover mounted on a heatsink in the space under the passenger seat. Two bolts on top and two on bottom hold it on. Should be labels with manufacturer and model or part numbers.

My cart is a PDS rather than a Series like yours, but they will look about the same under the cover.
Here's what mine looked like before I upgraded to 2 Ga cables.
