Bump for the conversion still running strong. My conversion used a G1 belt. Even with all the horsepower, I haven't needed to replace the belt yet.
I have several videos on my youtube channel if you want to take another look. here is the brake one. 4 wheel 9.5" discs with 2 piston calipers all around. Since this video, I did change the shocks out with some ebay ATV coilover specials. WOW, what an improvement. Best mod since the brakes! |

Please post a drive around with the new team clutch so I can see how smooth the engagement is? I want to covert over to the CVT. Looking at your prior video, it seems as though the cart has to be at extreme high RPMs to move?
