Default Frame/Suspension Compatibility 84 model with 92 model TXT

Does anyone know if the rear suspension and engine unit from an 84 ezgo TXT (robbins 295 engine) will be a direct fit to a 92 or 93 ezgo txt frame/body?

On both models, the frame connects to the rear suspension in two places with a bolt and bushing on each side that allows the rear suspension to pivot up and down.

I have 84 TXT with badly rusted front frame and have found both a 92 and 93 body and chassis for a very good price. However, they are a 200 mile drive away drive and I wanted to be sure they are a direct fit before I make the trip.

I want to be able to disconnect the two pivot bolts and shocks and coil springs and remove the engine and suspension and bolt that unit to another frame/body without a lot of re-engineering .

Correction, it is a 244 cc and a marathon, not a TXT

I read someplace on another post that the rear frame section from a 91 or 92 should bolt right up, but other years would need some modifications.

If you can get the seller to take some accurate measurements, and possibly even take some pictures of the mounts, then measure yours, it would give you a better idea as to whether it will fit or not.
