Curtis Handheld Programmer
I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the Curtis 1313 handheld programmer. I need to check a setting on my Curtis 1234 controller.
Is it worth buying one of these? There are new OEM ones available for $500. Can you rent one? I have seen that you can rent a 1311. The dealer says he has one but he is 100 miles away and I would have to find and borrow a trailer. Read somewhere that you can use a computer cable somehow also to check the program. Thanks for any insight or additional info. M |

Re: Curtis Handheld Programmer
Ok it seems that the 1314-4401 programming station is probably the one to buy. If anyone has any details on purchasing one please post or PM me.
Thanks, M |

Re: Curtis Handheld Programmer
The advantage to the hand held is you can change things on the fly. Nice feature..

Re: Curtis Handheld Programmer
Well, didn't think about a notebook. I guess you can... Thought the software was much more expensive though.

Re: Curtis Handheld Programmer
My price on either OEM 1313-4401 or the 1314-4401 is $475.

Re: Curtis Handheld Programmer
Is there any advantage the the 1314 over the 1313? Can you download and upload the entire program from both? Etc...
Thanks, M |

Re: Curtis Handheld Programmer
Ok I got a new programmer 1313-4401. Looking for the cables so it would be useful and convenient on other golf carts. I think the Club Car uses a XLR connector, not sure what EZGO and other carts use.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. M |

Re: Curtis Handheld Programmer
I believe the EZs use the 4 pin molex now. Small square.
