I ended up using a stock exhaust manifold (691501) and some 1" ID galvanized flexible exhaust pipe

Just am going to wrap a small length of the exhaust with high temp wrap and need to find a muffler

I added a 90 degree elbow and some flex tube

Need to find a small, compact muffler with a 1-1/2" inlet

Adapter from 1-3/8 to 1-1/2

This will mount to the elbow and allow me to run a common 1-1/2" exhaust and muffler

Lawn mower battery charged up overnight on the trickle charger

It started the engine fine. I guess the old battery was bad!

Time to shop for a new battery

What's the best option for the pride, normal flooded wet cell or a deep cycle marine?
