Default 670 predator charging system

Ok, looks like the charging system is real weak on this motor, what has anyone done to in rear amp out put?

You can look and see if larger amp charge coils are available from Performance 670. You can also use a pulley behind the primary clutch and run a v belt to an alternator. You can get a one wire GM style alternator that has 60 plus amps. They are super easy to wire up, lots of you tube videos.

A couple of space saving options would be the mini denso or a tractor type alternator used on small tractors such as some john Deeres. Performance 670 make a whole kit based on the mini denso but it is a little pricey. I bumped Shepard's idea on the tractor part in the clone section.

I didn’t see it on their site, it looks like their alternator kit will hit the transaxle otherwise if just buy that

You think that alternator set up on the last link will fit without hitting the transaxle?
