Default 2011 TXT Overheating

I have a 2011 Gas TXT. I recently blew the engine in it. I replaced with a new OEM 13.5 HP gas Kawasaki engine. The new engine seems to be overheating. I use the cart on a campground and it does pull quite a few hills, but I baby it. I did put seafoam in the current tank of gas. It was leftover from the previous engine, that was obviously carbbed up in neglected. Does anyone have any clue what could be causing the engine to get hot.

ENGINE OVERHEATING!!!
- Brand New Engine
- Fresh 10w30 (non synthetic)
- New Air filter
- New fuel filter
- Governor factory set
- Sea Foam in Gs
- Pulls a lot of hills
