Default VC625 Carb

I recently built my VC625 into my 1988 Club Car DS. I like everyone and struggling to get the carb running like it should. I have installed adjustable main jet from ecarb and want to install adjuster screw for pilot jet. I have read how Shepard talks about soaking carb in acetone and using easy out to remove the screw. What size and where did you get the screw extractor that small? I wanted to just PM Shepard but I can’t pm not sure if it is because I’m new.

At a minimum you will want a drill press in order to do this, the more accurate the machine the better. I have also heard that well directed heat can melt the epoxy.
