Default Melex Part??

Anyone know what this is and maybe where I can find a replacement?

It has the following on the bottom...

That is the reverse warning buzzer. It sounds off when the F-R lever is put in reverse. The buzzer turns off when you are actually driving in reverse, it just warns you that you are about to go backwards.
