You keep track of everything lol, great job. I worked 6 days this week no cart time unfortunately. Maybe things are turning around finally but the extra time was at another job. I need to check my plug think I'm running ngk in it. See where my jetting is at.

Noticed today my rear tires look a little flat. Checked all 4 tires and all were down to 10 psi. I thought the handling seemed a little lazy. Pumped all 4 back up to 16 psi and what a difference.

My Hushpower broke today. After about 2 miles of riding the engine got very loud and was less responsive. Limped home and found the muffler had broken at the inlet pipe to the muffler body. Did a lot of welding and bracing. It started misting just as everything was put back together. I did an around the block test ride. All seemed OK. We will have to see IF these repairs stand the test of time. I did a couple of quicky repairs at the header to muffler joint in the past. this Hushpower has been on the since 2014. If it turns out not good I am not sure what I will do.

I just did 2 complete circuits of the 2 island tours for a total of 16 miles. I really drove thru the bumpiest spots to make sure all is well. So far so good.

Have to say I've had zero problems with the Robertson coupling in my exhaust and my muffler mounted on the frame under the bumper. You could always put one on, however my cradle does not articulate either.

That is the issue with the G 14. The whole engine cradle articulates. It lasted 6 years as it was. I took a good look today this time the muffler is only fastened at the opposite end of the header. With the flex of the rubber mounts on the engine cradle to the engine mounts there is some movement. My last mod in the last couple of weeks was to mount the muffler tightly on both ends. This might have been as misstep.

Yeah even with a car its on rubber mounts and car engines don't move much at all. My muffler is hanging on rubber car hangers but it has to move front to back for the cradle. It really does not move much as the head is not that far from the pivot point of the cradle.

Did some speed bumps today at speed to make sure my latest exhaust work is up to the job. Worked fine.

A couple more hours on the muffler remount running fast over speed bumps and all is solid. The GF and I did the island tours and picked to go lunch at the marina cafe. They still have take out only and a few picnic tables outside. Order it and pick it up with the cart and eat at Ray's place.

Good deal. It has been 50 or less here and rain so I didn't get the cart out. But they say 70 by weekend. It has rained a whole week about time it stopped. Hey I wouldn't mine eating at Ray's place lol.
