When it bogged with the old exhaust did you ever play with the choke to see if it changed anything? When does it backfire, when cruising, cruising then letting off the gas, under acceleration? |

It didn’t do it till I changed the muffler. After it back fired I’m getting and awful squeak when I try to start it. It’s not the muffler. I’ll check compression tomorrow but I’m fearing I busted a ring! Moves a little and generates a smoke screen but not going anywhere fast.

Blew head gasket! Ordered new one and will be looking at timing.

I’m not that guy. Spent time with a buddy on the phone last night. He is convinced that my timing is off and that caused the backfire and the excessive smoke from the cart. Hope I can get that figured out.

Absolute Head Turner!!! WOW such a nice cart. I really hope you can get it back to b4 the tree accident. I just got bit by the 3 wheeler Harley Cart bug!!! I hope mine looks a tenth as good as yours when I am done!!!!
