Rescue cart. Gave her a new life. I hate to see gas carts lost.

I guess the electric HD's are really rare. The trouble with 1982 is that many of the parts are made of unobtainium leaving you with the only option of taking some earlier cart part and fabbing something up to make it work. Things like the exhaust system and brake cable to name 2 are that I had to do. The engine fan and primary clutch are also different. The primary clutch is a BIG problem since I think the 82 used something totally unique. Putting the sled engine in solved a few issues and I sold some of the stock part for enough to finance the most of the sled swap.

Yep. i'm sure the parts are hard to find. I have a 1976 Harley electric cart. It is 4 wheel with a steering wheel. I don't know exactly how rare it is but I do know that it is the only one I have ever seen around here. All the others are 3 wheel with a tiller. Runs but needs TLC. Been on my project list for a while now I should probably sell it.

That thing would be cool with modern electrics in it. I have never seen a HD electric let alone a 4 wheeler. I could see calling Scotty B and asking what can we do with this ?

I'll try to get some photos soon. It's in the barn covered with dust.

Ray if you are bumping because because I have not posted a photo I apologize.

Honestly, I have a window AC sitting on the rear of it and I'm too ashamed to post a photo of it until I get some help to move it and find a place for it.
